July 22 trailer: Netflix controversially tackles the Norway attacks in new film from Bourne director

Director Paul Greengrass has turned his attentions to a tragic moment in recent Norwegian history

Netflix has finally dropped the trailer for the controversial new drama from Jason Bourne director Paul Greengrass.

The film focuses on the deadliest terrorist attack in Norway's history by right-wing terrorist Anders Breivik, who killed 77 people with a car bomb in Oslo before a mass shooting at a teen leadership camp on Utøya Island in 2011.

The tale shall be grounded by Greengrass in the point of view of one key survivor and their emotional journey after the attack, and the effect of Breivik's crimes on Norway's culture.

Greengrass is no stranger to true life tales, having previously tackled piracy in Captain Phillips and the 9/11 tale of United 93.
