Love Is Blind fans issue same complaint as season 9 drops on Netflix
Love Is Blind season 9 has premiered on Netflix, and not everyone is happy.
Love Is Blind fans have shared their complaints online within hours of season 9 dropping on Netflix.
The first six episodes of season 9 have officially launched on Netflix today (October 1) as one of the biggest dating shows on the streaming giant returns.
Once more, a group of singles will enter the pods in the hopes of finding their perfect match, however, as usual, the huge twist means that the couples formed will not meet one another face to face until they are engaged. Only then will they jet off on their honeymoon before moving in with one another.
Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, this season has arrived in Denver. But as the first episodes are dropped, some fans are unimpressed, calling for less episodes involving the pods - which sees the singletons "date" to find their perfect match before getting engaged.
Taking to X, one person wrote: "5 episodes of pods, no other #LoveIsBlind has that many episodes of just sitting and talking.
"So many complains about it last season and yet here we are again - IT'S SO BORING! #Loveisblindusa The real side of the experiment and the REAL entertainment starts OUTSIDE of pods!!!"
Another said: "I’ve always been confused about why they drag out the pod episodes because it’s sooo boring!
"We deserve more content on when the engaged couples make it to the outside world where they actually explore their connections and when they really get tested as well!"
A third added: "I hate the pods. These people are cringe."
A fourth commented: "I hate these pod episodes so much...I wish they could fix everything into two episodes. The real test starts when they meet and one realizes they are not attracted to their partner."
Fans will have to wait for the next batch of episodes to be released, which won't be until another week. Episodes 7 to 9 will air on Netflix on October 8.
October 15 will see the release of episodes 10-11 and fans will then have to wait until October 22 for the final episode to be aired.
