Many shows will keep everyone entertained this week, from bombshell documentaries to gripping dramas. This week also marks the return of fan-favourite The Great British Bake-Off.
Brand new shows are hitting the screens this week - and they're bound to keep you hooked.
On ITV, Stephen Mulhern challenges a string of celebrities to take part in mind-boggling challenges in a new game show. Meanwhile, on 4, The Great British Bake-Off returns for a new season.
The BBC is introducing a new thriller with Eve Myles and Gabrielle Creevy titled The Guest, set to explore the dangers of dysfunctional friendships - the result is chilling.
Finally, Jenna Ortega reprises the role of Wednesday Addams in Netflix's hit series as the straight-faced character continues to search for a way to save her friend Enid from an impending death. Get the lowdown on all the shows you need to keep an eye on.

Saturday, ITV
Stephen Mulhern is hitting the road with his game show, and he’s taking a host of celebrities along for the ride.
Holly Willoughby, Zoe Ball, Rylan Clark, Judi Love, Oti Mabuse, Johnny Vegas and Josh Widdicombe are among the famous faces joining Stephen at locations around the UK as they attempt to predict which plucky members of the public can complete their challenges or not.
Each challenger, whether trying a quirky skill or an adrenaline-fuelled mega stunt, is competing for the weekly title of You Bet champion, and a £5000 cash prize.
Educating Yorkshire
Sunday, 8pm, Channel 4
More than a decade after the first series was broadcast, cameras are returning to Thornhill Community Academy in Dewsbury for a fresh look at the students and staff of the Yorkshire secondary school.
English teacher Mr Burton is now Head Teacher, and along with his new team he is facing challenges at every turn, from a national attendance crisis and the impact of social media on his students to a rise in teenage anxiety and difficulties in recruiting new teachers at a time when nearly a third leave the profession within five years.
Of course, there are new students to meet too, and there are a host of memorable characters walking the halls who are bound to become viewer favourites.

When Ria (Black Doves’ Gabrielle Creevy) starts cleaning for business owner Fran (Torchwood’s Eve Myles), she becomes intoxicated by her confident and self-assured boss, who encourages her to take control of her life.
However, when Fran’s advice leads to a shocking event, the lives of these two very different women become intertwined by shared secrets and dangerous plots in this four part thriller created by Industry and Men Up writer Matthew Barry.
The Great British Bake Off
Tuesday, 8pm, Channel 4
It’s time for a fresh batch of wannabe cooks to enter the iconic tent and present their bakes on the gingham altar to be inspected by the judges, with all of them hoping they get a Hollywood handshake while praying they aren’t criticised for their soggy bottoms.
Once again Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond are on hosting duties, while Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood are the experts casting their eyes over the signature challenges, technical bakes and showstoppers in each episode. Spin-off show An Extra Slice , presented by Jo Brand and Tom Allen returns on Friday evenings.
Stranded on Honeymoon Island
Wednesday, BBC1
Davina McCall presents this new dating show in which 12 singles looking for long lasting love head on honeymoon with someone they have only met for five minutes at a speed date.
Each of the six couples are stranded on remote tropical beaches and have to learn to collaborate and communicate with their new partners to get by as they are faced with the show’s surprise challenges – which are bound to be more taxing than just who remembered to bring the suntan lotion.
Long Lost Family: The Mother and Baby Home Scandal
Wednesday, ITV
A special edition of the tearjerking reunion series, broadcast over two nights. Presenters Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell look at the scandal of the Mother and Baby homes that dealt with the “problem” of unmarried mothers in the UK during the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
As campaigners demand an apology from the government following mounting claims of cruelty at the homes, the hosts help some of the mothers who were pressured to give their children up for adoption, reuniting families that have been heartbreakingly separated for decades.

The Addams’ family’s coolest member is back for the final four episodes of the second series. Joining Jenna Ortega is Gwendoline Christie (as Wednesday’s dead school principal-turned spirit guide) and Lady Gaga in an as yet unspecified role.

Sydney homicide detective Anais Mallory returns to her New Zealand home town following the mysterious road accident death of her sister in this down under crime drama series.
When she’s not solving local cases or trying to discover what really happened to her sibling, Anais has to face the awkwardness of sharing the small town with her former fiancé, who is now married to her estranged best friend.
The Sunshine Murders

Peter Andre returns to acting as a crime solving pathologist in this Greece and Cyprus-set murder mystery drama series.
Dora Chryssikou plays a New Zealand farmer who travels to the Mediterranean to find her missing father, and then teams up with her detective half sister (series creator Emily Corcoran) to try to locate him – while helping to solve some local crimes along the way. The cast also includes Dynasty star Stephanie Beacham, Star Trek: Next Generation’s Marina Sirtis and EastEnders’ Nina Wadia.
The Paper

The mockumentary team who made the US version of The Office are back with a new sitcom, this time training their cameras on the staff of a historic but failing Midwestern local newspaper.
Domhnall Gleeson stars as Ned Sampson, the new editor-in-chief of the Toledo Truth-Teller, alongside The White Lotus star Sabrina Impacciatore, Famalam’s Gbemisola Ikumelo and Alan Partridge sidekick Tim Key. And as a special treat for Dunder Mifflin fans, Oscar Nunez reprises his Office role as accountant Oscar Martinez.

Peep Show remains Channel 4’s longest running sitcom, and now the show’s stars David Mitchell and Robert Webb have reunited for a new comedy sketch series.
The six part series features an ensemble cast of next generation writer/performers including Ghosts star Kiell Smith-Bynoe, Mexican-American comedian Lara Ricote, Starstruck’s Stevie Martin and American stand up star Krystal Evans, as well as a crack team of established and up and coming writers behind the scenes.
