The Summer I Turned Pretty adds major Netflix star for final episodes
Teen drama fans are in for an unexpected crossover
The Summer I Turned Pretty's Belly fled to Paris after Jeremiah called off their wedding, and the city of love appears to be treating her well.
Although she is thousands of miles away from home, it doesn't take Belly (played by Lola Tung) much time to make friends.
Prime Video gave viewers a glimpse into the main character's new life with a fresh trailer, released on Friday (August 29).
The two-minute teaser features snapshots of Belly working at a local cinema and spending time with friends. Among her Parisian pals is an unnamed character played by Heartstopper star Corinna Brown.
Netflix fans will know Brown as Tara Jones, a British teenager who grapples with everything from first loves to friendship in the teen drama.
Following the casting news, the 26-year-old actress took to social media to celebrate with her fans. She posted the final TSITP trailer on TikTok, with the caption: "Secret's out. Last 3 episodes of The Summer I Turned Pretty from 3rd Sept!!!"
Support quickly poured in for the London-born actress, with one fan gushing: "SO PROUD OF YOU CORINNA!!!!" A second chimed in with: "The way I literally screamed when I saw you," and another exclaimed: "OMG TARA JONESSSSSS."
Meanwhile, a fourth fan said: "Heartstopper X TSITP was not on my 2025 bingo board."
Brown plays a recurring role in the forthcoming three episodes, alongside Untamed Royals actor Fernando Cattori, French-Swiss star Isaline Prevost Radeff, and Gangs of London's Jahz Armando. They share the screen with leading actors Tung, Christopher Briney and Gavin Casalegno.

So far, viewers have followed Belly and Jeremiah as they prepared for their wedding day, while Conrad was secretly pining for Belly.
The big day fell apart in episode eight after Conrad confessed his undying love for his ex, just hours before her wedding. To make matters worse, Jeremiah also read a special letter from his late mother, in which she praises Belly and Conrad's relationship.
The young Fisher brother then questioned his bride-to-be about her feelings for Conrad, and she admitted to still loving him. Jeremiah ultimately called off the wedding, sending Belly on her dream trip to France.
