Katie Price's daughter Princess Andre issues update on ITV reality show after one series

Princess Andre has updated fans on the future of her ITV reality series

Princess Andre has given fans a brief update on the future of her documentary series, The Princess Diaries.

The 18-year-old's ITV series aired this summer and was a big hit, with viewers gripped by the peek into the life of Katie Price and Peter Andre's daughter. It showcased her busy life as she worked as an influencer and built her brand, and revealed some of the struggles of life in the spotlight.

There was an overwhelmingly positive response to the revealing programme, although the Mirror reports there were rumours of there being some friction between Princess and Katie over the show.

This week Princess attended the National Television Awards and she was quizzed about the programme's future.

Sparkling on the red carpet in a figure-hugging sequined dress, she paused to speak with The Mirror regarding her show's success, and shared: "I've had such amazing feedback."

"I genuinely couldn't be more grateful," added the teen.

But when questioned about a potential second series, she revealed: "I don't even know if there is a next series."

Princess's brother Junior was with her at the event and he remarked: "I'm so proud of what she's doing, we're proud of each other and we're growing up."

"My sister is a beautiful human being," said the 20-year-old. "I'm proud of her and we're just living."

Princess maintained that 'nothing major' was edited out of her programme following continuous filming to document every aspect of her daily routine. She did admit to some nerves about the programme's release, but was delighted with the overwhelmingly positive response it received.

"I put no filter on it and showed my actual life and what it's like," she added.

Princess recently opened up about her show and life to The Guardian, where she admitted that she knew she would always be compared to her mother.

"No matter what I do in my life, I’ll get compared to my mum," she said. "I guess it’s always going to be a headline.”

The Princess Diaries is available on ITVX.
