1.Prerequisites
Movilizer for SAP PM/CS is a mobile application to support plant maintenance and customer service scenarios. The application consists out of 3 SAP ABAP add ons, which allows a distributed installation to support even SAP backend systems below ECC6.0. In such cases the data access functionality will be installed in the backend system, while the application and the Movilizer SAP Connector will be installed on a regular SAP Basis system (NetWeaver 7.0 >= SP14). In case a ECC 6.0 system is the platform, we recommend to install all add ons directly in the backend system. Movilizer for SAP PM/CS 1.7 depends on the Movilizer SAP Connector 1.7 and its Service Pack 01 (1.7.1). The software components need to be already installed in the target system. You can verify this prerequisite in the SAP System Status view. Movilizer SAP Connector 1.7 consists of the following software components: MOVIPRXC 170_700 MOVIPRX 170_700 MOVIBASE 170_700 MOVIAPP 170_700 SP01 Please recognize that the Movilizer SAP Connector can be installed in a distributed manner. In case of a distributed setup the software component MOVIPRX can be installed on a remote system. In addition the SAP Basis release must match version SAP_BASIS 700. Otherwise the addon will not be visible in the installation tool.
2.Installation Steps
2.1.Import Movilizer for SAP PM/CS add ons
You have received the installation package for the Movilizer for SAP PM/CS application from Movilitas. The following add ons are contained in the package: MOVIMFSC Contains interface definitions to enable data exchange between the Movilizer for SAP PM/CS application (MOVIMFS) and the data access layer (MOVIMFSD). In case a distributed setup will be executed this add on must be installed in the backend and the gateway system. MOVIMFSD Contains data access functions, to read and write SAP PM data. In case a distributed setup will be executed this add on must be installed in the backend system. MOVIMFS Contains the Movilizer for SAP PM/CS application logic. It uses the MOVIMFSD functions to access the SAP PM data. In case of a distributed setup, this addon will be installed in the gateway system. All add ons will be installed in the corresponding SAP System using the add on installation tool (transaction SAINT). Place the add on files in your EPS/in folder and call transaction SAINT. Select the following add ons in the list of pending installation files: Single Installation MOVIMFSC MOVIMFSD MOVIMFS Distributed Installation In the Backend system MOVIMFSC MOVIMFSD in the Gateway system MOVIMFSC MOVIMFS If you do not see the add on in the list you may have to load existing packages from the EPS inbox. Follow the standard installation process and confirm the import after successful installation.

2.2.Configuration for Movilizer for SAP PM/CS
The following configuration tasks have to be executed to enable Movilizer for SAP PM/CS within the Movilizer SAP Connector. You have to execute this tasks in the target client of the system in which the software component MOVIMFS has been installed. Register business processes with Movilizer Application Platform Register relevant business events The step will be explained in detail in the following chapter.
2.2.1.Register Application Content
The delivered business processes of Movilizer for SAP PM/CS have to be registered with the Movilizer SAP Connector, so they become available inside the Scenario Configurator to construct real scenarios of. All required business content is contained as Business Configuration Sets inside the add on. Activate the following BC Sets using the corresponding standard transaction scpr20 in the given order: 1. /MOVI/MOVILIZER_MFS_BASIS 2. /MOVI/MOVILIZER_MFS
BC Set activation maybe ends with warning(s). These can be ignored.
2.2.2.Business Event registration
Movilizer for SAP PM/CS can send mobile processes and data based on business events to the Movilizer Cloud. You have to create the event linkage for the corresponding business object events to enable this behaviour. Currently events for the following SAP business objects are supported: BUS2007 Plant Maintenance Order You have to create linkages for the relevant business object events to Movilizer Field Service in the related standard transaction SWETYPV. 1. Start transaction SWETYPV and switch to change mode. 2. Add a new linkage by pressing button New Entries

3. Enter the related information. Following an example to create the event linkage for the PM Order released event. Object Type: BUS2007 Event: RELEASED Select Receiver Call Method and press enter to refresh screen and input fields. Class Name: /MOVI/MS_CL_EVENT_MANAGER Check Linkage Activated.
4. Save your Entries. Repeat the previous steps for any other event which should trigger an activity within MFS.
