Export Processing Zones (Declaration of Export Processing Zones) Notice
SI 128A of 1997
The Zimbabwe Export Processing Zones Authority hereby, in terms of section 20 of the
Export Processing Zones Act [Chapter 14:07], and after consultation with the Minister
responsible for Industry and Commerce and the Minister responsible for Finance makes
the following notice:-
1. This notice may be cited as the Export Processing Zones (Declaration of Export
Processing Zones).
2. The areas and premises of the companies specified in the first column of the Schedule
are declared by the Authority to be export processing zones to the extent defined in the
second column..
