1. Hearing aids returned within 90

* Nuear reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain product at any time without
assigning any reasons.
* Products must not be damaged or mishandled at the time of receipt.
* There will be no exchange or up gradation in case of special orders or supplies made on special terms/schemes.
* For exact calculation under echange & upgrade policies, please contact Nuear representative.
* Exchange & upgrade policies are applicable only to next higher technology level subject to company policy
from time to time.
* If the patient feels uncomfortable with new exchanged or upgrade product within a month, then the
patient can return the new product & can take back old product. Difference whatsoever charged will be
credited back by the company to the dealer. Company will dismantle or scrap the hearing aids received
under exchange/upgrade schemes after one month.
