Basic Screen
HMI of ICMS controller function precise diagnostic system is able to test 20 pieces
of cards such as FUM210, FUM511, FUM230, FUM531 at one time.

2. User setting and setting test condition
2-1 . User setting
HMI of ICMS controller function precise diagnostic system test I/O modules and stores
testers info and utilize for printing and historical data stroring.
at the beginning of HMI start, user is defined as administrator automatically. Administiator can
add new user and delete and change of user will be defined by user define window
[ menu setting user define Refer to below figure ]
: Type users info to register.
: Click register] then user info is register to user list.
: Show user list already registered.
at HMI screen, current user is shown in violet.
: Change program user.
: Delete selected user.
basically, it is not possible to delete administrator.
: Store user list to system.
: close window of user setting.

In HMI program, it is possible to find out current user info at following position,
If change user with above screen, it saves to system user automatically.

2-2 . Setting test condition
ICMS controller function precise diagnostic system is basically possible to test FUM210,
FUM511, FUM230, FUM531 cards and setting test condition for each type of module.

3. Insert & removal of test module
At beginning of HMI for ICMS controller function precise diagnostic system, 20 boxes
meaning FUM210, FUM511, FUM230, FUM531 appear on main page. This means that
practical pluggable No of module and No of slot.
At the inset position, click left button of mouse, test module insert menu appears. Select test
insert module then setting window for test module appears.
By using barcode reader, register serial No of test module. If system has same data, it
appears on the window automatically.

: Register serial No of test module by using barcode reader.
In case test module is already registered on the system, it appears
automatically.
: Type unit No of power plant in which test module is installed.
: Type location of test module.
: Type reference info for test module.
: Display registering date for test module and update to present date.
: Save setting info for test module and register to HMI to test.

After registering test module, click [insert (save)] button, test module is register to HMI
automatically and then do test procedure.
Box on main page is change to next box after registering test module.

In case of removing registered test module, select [test module removal] on pop up menu and
then select [yea] on next message box.

4. Test procedure
To get test procedure, select tool tab on HMI screen or select [test] on menu.
The following shows tool for test procedure.

During test procedure, current module under testing is blinking and channel info of
test module is displayed. After test for all channel is finished, normal module is
displayed in blue and abnormal is displayed in red by criteria of judgment.

Test result for all channels are displayed on the right window as soon as test
procedure is finished. The below screen shows detailed info.
Detailed test result for each channel
: Display test info of each channel tested (normal, abnormal).
if click certain column, it shows specific channel info and test condition
and test data on , area.
: Display of test data of selected channel.
: Display of selected channel info and test condition.
: Display of transmission frame between MCPU and HMI.
Shifting , is done by clicking [test condition & transmission frame] button.

5. Search & report
HMI of ICMS controller function precise diagnostic system saves test result of test
board and it will be used in future.
By using this function, it is possible to see transition of test data and it is useful for
management of historical test data.
