1. To prove that On January 11, 2017 at around 3 oclock in the afternoon, there
was no buy- bust operation conducted against the person of the herein
Accused;
2. That on the said time and date, the accused was merely eating his snack;
3. To identify the Counter-affidavit he executed in relation to this case; and
4. Other matters germane to his main testimony.
