Instructions

1. Tenant/ Contractor is obliged to submit to Property Management, Request for permiting works at least 48 hours before starting of execution, on working days from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

2. Property Management will find Tenants/ Contractors, responsible for disrespecting of approved working hours, as well as for any other cost caused by such activity.
3. All Tenants/ Contractors must respect Fire Protection and Security Regulations
4. Tenants/ Contractors are strictly adviced to respect House Rules
