Job Interview Evaluation Guide

This document provides a scoring rubric for interviewers to evaluate job candidates. The rubric contains categories such as first impressions, preparation, personal attributes, general attitude, personal appearance, and responses. For each category, the rubric describes characteristics that would be considered "needs work", "better", or "best". For example, for first impressions, "needs work" is showing up late without a resume, "better" is showing up on time with a resume, and "best" is showing up early with a resume.
