Mantra Biometric Installation Process

Download biometric device drivers for from following:

Install Mantra MFS 100 Biometric Device Driver from following

Step 1 http://download.mantratecapp.com/web/MFS100ClientService.exe

Click on run setup.exe.


Make right click on setup.exe and select run as administrator option.

Step 2

If old version of driver is installed in system, First uninstall it. Click Yes

Step 3
Completely remove all components from ypour system. Click Yes
Step 4

Stopping services & Uninstall old drivers.

Step 5

Successfully removed old drivers.

Step 6
Installing MFS100 Client Service Setup, Click Yes
Step 7

Asking for confirm installation, click on install

Step 8

During installation of MFS 100 Client service, MFS 100 Device driver also
installed, Click install and finish the installation of driver.
Step 9
Step 10 Plug the Mantra MFS 100 Device

Notification displayed at the bottom:


Step 11 Device driver software installed successfully.

Click on Start Capture. If it capture then device successfully installed


Step 12 in the system.
Click OK button, and exit the MFS100 Test Application

Click Finish button with right check in both the options.

Test Page Open.


Click Get Info button on the test page, after that click on Capture button.
