Overall Reflection Guidelines

The reflection must discuss the key learnings and development across the four module themes from start to finish. It should identify two overarching learnings by linking back to activities and discussions, analyzing how experiences and goals influenced theme selection. The reflection needs to consider the student's initial mindset and expectations for the module and themes, along with the benefits, challenges, and how it relates to their personal and professional development plan and objectives. Sources that may provide useful perspectives include academic journals, professional organizations, and industry reports.
