Question: As Europe Came Out of The Middle Ages, Stronger Governments There Were Able To Better Control Their People and Geographic Areas. Why?

As Europe emerged from the Middle Ages, governments grew stronger and were better able to control their people and lands. During the Middle Ages, the church and its rulers held supreme power and interfered in daily life, while governments had little authority. Once the Middle Ages ended, governments gained control over their countries, ruling people directly rather than through other powers. With strong centralized authority, governments could closely monitor activities and ensure no invisible rulers challenged their power, allowing for better control over populations and territories.

Question: As Europe came out of the Middle Ages, stronger governments there were able

to better control their people and geographic areas. Why?

Answer: This is the time period between 5th century and 14th century. In this period supreme

power lies in the hands of church and its rulers; they used to interfere and control the day to day

life of people. The government (means king) has no power on that time.

Once the middle age has gone, the government gets power of controlling the country. People are

ruled by the government only, but not by any other rulers. It becomes a blessing to the society,

since activities are monitored closely by a single body.

Governments have to make sure that no such invisible ruler exists in their countries by exercising

their strong powers. People and areas are controlled better if the government becomes strong.
