INSTRUCTION FOR SETTING

SLOWDOWN AND STOP LASER TRIGGER KEYENCE

SET  

DISP   MODE  

First step

1. Connect laser

Display : Start Config.

2. Press MODE

Display : Select I/O


OUT1+OUT2

3. Press MODE

Display : Select output


NPN

4. Press SET
5. Press MODE and change to PNP
6. Press SET
7. Press MODE

Display : End Config.

8. Press SET

1. Press MODE for 3 second until

Display : Menu

Display : Response time

Display : Output1 logic

Third step

1. Press MODE

Display: Out 1 (is for stop distance)


Out 2 (is for slowdown distance)

Check if Out 1 is already selected otherwise press MODE button again to select
Out 1

2 Press SET. You should see the distance 70 blinking

3 While the distance 70 is blinking, press MODE button many times to increase
the distance 70 up to 80

4 When you finished, release the MODE button and leave the new distance 80
blinking for some seconds until it becomes steady.
The new distance 80 is confirmed

2. Press MODE again and select Out 2 by pressing again MODE (if Out 2 is not
selected)

3. Follow the same steps as before to set the Out 2 at 800

NOTE: Press MODE and then SET 5 times to reset the Keyence laser trigger

7. Press SET
8. Press MODE and change to PNP
9. Press SET

12.Press MODE and set 1000 by pressing up/down arrow key
