The majority of incident reports are public information and are available for release. The exceptions

Requests for police records can be male from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p. at the Fallon Police Department

Members of the public who request copies of records will be assessed a five dollar (85) fee per

additional fee of five dollars ($5) for every twenty (20) pages thereafter, Records thar require
redaction will be an edditional fifteen dollars ($15) per report.

records within five business days or be advised why the records were not available for release
NOTE: If you are named asa victim in an incident report, you are entitled tothe report when the
investigation js closed. If the investigation is open, the case officer may grant the release of the
report. The requesto: will be contacted when a decision has been made regarding the release of the
report.
Ihe ease has been adjudicated through the court system, the suspect may also request a copy of the
