I, ______________________________ (print name neatly), hereby agree to the following terms and responsibilities in connection with
obtaining authorization to use the PCHS Student Parking facilities.

I understand that the parking lots are the property under PCHS control. I agree that the authorized vehicle(s) below will not be used to
transport or store contraband of any kind or use the lots in any way that will violate the School, District, or State Ed Code of Conduct
policies; or any City, State or Federal Laws.

I further understand and agree to the following:

I will pay the _____ $100 annual fee or _____ $60 semester only fee (____ SPRING ONLY) for this Parking Permit Contract.

All motorized vehicles must display a valid PCHS parking permit when driving on or parking on school property.

Permits must be properly displayed with permit number clearly visible:


Through the vehicle’s front windshield for cars/trucks
On the front right shock for motorcycles/mopeds/scooters

I will park in designated student parking spaces only. Spaces designated for students are in the following three locations ONLY:
All spaces in the upper/top-most tier of the hillside parking lot (hillside closest to the El Medio Gate).
The spaces on the lower tier hillside parking lot that are facing the hill (not the school) and a Not Marked STAFF. The spaces
on the downhill side facing the school on the lower tier hillside and ALL of the spaces on ground level are for Faculty and
Staff ONLY.
The spaces in the upper tier only of the Stadium Parking Lot. The lower tier Stadium Parking Lot is ONLY for Faculty/Staff
and Visitors! There is no parking for ANYONE in the area to the left as you enter the Stadium Parking Lot – this area is for
Bowdoin St. U turns ONLY and vehicles parked here will be ticketed and towed at the driver’s expense.

I fully understand that I am not guaranteed a parking space on campus. If there are no Student Parking Spaces available in any of the
PCHS Parking Lots, I MUST PARK OFF CAMPUS.

I agree to not park in any specialty spaces such as Handicapped, Loading Dock, Pali Positive, Silent Auction, etc. unless truly authorized
to do so. I also agree that whatever car I drive it MUST have a valid PCHS Issued Parking hanger/decal and MUST be parked Head-In.

I am not allowed to go to my car during school hours without permission from PCHS Administration.

My vehicle may be searched for any reasonable cause by PCHS Administration or Designee at any time.

Student Parking Permits are for use for the registered permit holder only; they are non-transferable; may not be resold; may not be
loaned, may not be altered, and may not be copied or duplicated at any time.

I will drive safely and adhere to all PCHS Driving/Parking rules and regulations, all posted speed limits and other signs while around or
on school property.

Student Parking Permits are the property of PCHS and can be revoked at any time by PCHS Administration with NO REFUND.

Parking on campus is conditionally granted and is a privilege. As such, PCHS Administration, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to
refuse, revoke or deny parking privileges at any time. Violating any of the driving or parking rules and regulations could result in
suspension or tickets with monetary penalties. PCHS assumes no responsibility for any vehicle or its contents while being operated or
parked at PCHS. Parking regulations may change without notice if deemed necessary.
