Motion To Revoke Probation Knox County

The State of Missouri filed a motion to revoke the probation of Robert Becker based on two grounds: 1) Becker was convicted in December 2018 of domestic assault and sexual abuse and sentenced to probation, requiring him to obey all laws; 2) One week later in December 2018, Becker committed the new offenses of unlawful use of a weapon and illegal taking of wildlife in violation of his probation terms. The State requests the court immediately suspend Becker's probation and schedule a hearing on the matter.
