Managing Task scheduling through Service Architecture

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is an architectural style whose primary goal is to


achieve loose coupling or minimal dependency among interacting software agents. The idea
of SOA departs significantly from that of object-oriented client server programming, which
strongly suggests that you should bind data and its processing together. SOA introduces the
concept of interacting software agents – service provider and service consumer. Service
provider provides a service which the service consumer consumes. The provisioning of the
service is over the Internet or Intranet. To identify and formalize various patterns in design of
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Task scheduling system is a system for maintaining and managing the schedules and related
details about the employees working on different projects. The Project involves a
transformation of current platform dependant system to a Web enabled system with increased
efficiency and accuracy.

Basically, task scheduling is the process of producing task schedules for individual
employees according to days. On the other side this system also provides user interaction so a
client can also send the request for projects for their own fulfillments. A computerized
system is developed so the scheduling of task for employees according to different projects is
become easy. Moreover, it is an important component of project task scheduling system.

The project can covers internal functionality of organization and also the external interaction
with clients for projects. The main objective of the system is to minimise the problems that
might come in scheduling the employees offer a better solution than what is currently
existent in the market. The system has been designed to take care of schedule management
and the related details about the employees working in different projects.
