What is HyppTV Everywhere?
HyppTV Everywhere is an add-on service offered by Telekom Malaysia Berhad to allow
users to watch HyppTV via smart phone, tablet, pc, web browser and Samsung Smart TV.
What is the minimum requirement for my devices?
Apple devices: iOS 4.3 to 9.2. IPhone 4 and above.
Android devices: 2.3 and above. Samsung Galaxy, HTC One X, HuaWei, LG, Sony Experia,
Asus
Samsung Smart TV: 2013 model and above.
PC: Windows XP and 7
Mac: OXS and above
Web browser: Chrome 10.0+, Firefox 4.0+, Safari 5.0+, IE10
Does HyppTV Everywhere provide subtitles?
Due to some limitation, some programs will not have subtitles.
Can I watch HyppTV Everywhere content when I’m offline?
Currently, you can’t download content when offline.

Where can I download HyppTV Everywhere?

How do I get my login ID and password?
Unifi: You will receive the login ID via email and SMS within 24 hours upon signing up.
Streamyx: You need to refer the login ID and password from the installation slip or upon
advice from the sales agent if order was made by call.
Others: The login ID and password is the registered mobile number or email address used
during the registration.
How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your login password, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your account via app or web
2. Go to Settings > Account > Password
3. Fill in the required details
Will I get the same app features on Samsung Smart TV?
Some features are not available on Samsung Smart TV. Here is the list:-
1. Registration – user need to register via app or web
2. Settings – via app or web
3. Accounts – via app or web
4. Interactive channel – not available on Samsung
Can I watch HyppTV Everywhere app on all Samsung Smart TVs?
The package is only available for Samsung Smart TV of 2015 & 2016 models - 43K5500,
49K6300, 50KU6000, 55KU6000

How do I stop my subscription?
Unifi & Streamyx – Please dial 100. And if you terminate your Unifi or Streamyx service, it
will automatically terminate your HyppTV Everywhere account.
When is the termination effective?
Immediate termination and you can still watch HyppTV Everywhere up to your next billing
cycle.
Do I need to pay any penalties when I terminate the service?
No penalties
