To compile code into an executable, the student must download Microsoft Assembler from a provided URL, extract it, open the command prompt and navigate to the extracted BIN folder, place their code file called mycode.asm in the BIN folder, and run the command ML mycode.asm to assemble and produce the executable mycode.exe.

Dear Student,

To compile this code into executable , you will need Microsoft Assembler (MASM) you can
download it from http://www2.hawaii.edu/~pager/312/masm%20615.ZIP

After downloading it , extract it.

Then open DOS command prompt and go to folder where you have extracted it.

Give the cd command to goto the BIN folder where you have extracted MASM.

In the BIN folder place you file code, I have save this code with name mycode.asm

Now give the following command to assemble and make executable

ML mycode.asm
This will produce the mycode.exe which you can run.
