Dear Dr. Amistad:

Students of the SHS are so interested to put up a School Paper and find it
frustrating for them to be excluded from attending schools press conferences, seminars and
competitions and related press activities.

The School Paper Adviser suggests that meanwhile that guidance services
are being served by TEACHERS themselves, the allocated amount of Three Hundred Pesos
(P300.00) for Guidance be temporarily realigned for purposes of the students’ School Paper.

Should the suggested arrangement be made feasible, the Adviser commits to release a
School Paper covering the activities of the whole SY 2018-2019, to include the coming
Graduation Exercises.
