FACTS OF THE CASE:

On December 15, 2018 at 10:20 in the evening, Alyana Dominador and her friends were
having a drinking session at Bossrogs. At this time there was a man who approached them and
asked for their number. Without their knowledge, Alyana’s Ex Boyfriend Joaquin Borces was at
the scene looking at them. He then approached Alyana and confronted her and called her “Slut”
which caused her to slap the suspect. The suspect them pulled a knife and stabbed Alyana in the
stomach while her two friends ran for help. Joaquin Borces tried to escape when the bystanders
cornered him until the Police came.
