SWOT analysis has been a great help to numerous businessmen and entrepreneurs, this
previous study paved way to the introduction of a business strategy with the support of
SWOT analysis. The new business strategy called after-sale (A/S) service strategy
originated from servitization that serves as a distinctive tool in the products of
manufacturing companies. This study illustrated the function and process of using the
SWOT analysis to acquire necessary data for the research. Furthermore, the review of this
literature focuses on the application of the SWOT analysis and results of the study made
by the researchers.
The researchers in the previous study introduce the implementation of after-sale service
as a strategy for “customer satisfaction, reducing customer complaints and offering better
service than the competition”. Marketing theories such as SWOT analysis helps
businesses to boost their performance and survive in the competition inside the business
industry. The relevance of the previous study depicts the application of the SWOT analysis
in the business. The researchers of the previous study uses the after-sale service that
helps the business and manufacturing firms in selling their products. SWOT analysis is
utilized in order to construct the concept of after-sale service and move forward to SWOT
matrix which developed the strategy and actions that is needed to be considered. From
there on, the result of the previous research using the SWOT analysis distinguished the
factors that affects the business.
S.Murali, S.Pugazhendhi, C. Muralidharan and B.V.Malarkannan gathered the information
needed in the previous research by personal interview and further information acquired
through brainstorming with the company executives and service technicians. The results in
the SWOT analysis of after-sale service identified the essential factors and strategies that
the company should consider to develop an effective strategic planning process. Since the
researchers used a single strategic tool to aid the after-sale service, it became
complicated and difficult for the researchers to express the illustration hindered by the
numerous criteria. Further result of applying the after-sale service in changing the
reputation of business in the local area have been neglected. Hence, the researchers of
the previous study suggested applying alternative strategic tools and in depth procedures
in studying the after-sale service strategy to develop and assess the previous study.

The SWOT analysis is used to identify strategies for agricultural development, especially in
farming systems, and they help my research or planners to manage and prioritize them for
the achieving food security and located in rural areas of Shadervan district, Shouahtar
Township, Iran, and the study's population comprised wheat farmers. The SWOT result,
strategies for farming system management were prioritized and they included to
development of poor local market opportunities and infrastructure, about the planting of
crops with high economic values, development of governmental supports and to preparing
strategic plans for development of organic farming, considering the quality of crops,
considering farm sustainability indexes, using sustainable water resources management
and development of extension programs and about the analysis indicates a framework for
helping to my research or planners to identify and prioritize the goals business, and to
further identify the strategies of achieving them. SWOT analysis is a technique used to
analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of businesses. In all
countries, farming practices play a vital role in food security. The Countries with rapid
population growth face especially difficult challenges in ensuring food security case of
wheat farmer of shadervan district shoustar township, Iran.

This study is to test the role of SWOT analysis as a marketing implementation strategy to
create better condition for stability of organizations. Additionally, SWOT analysis is divided

The previous research gathered the information by reviewing books and journals, by
tracking the information of KFC (Kentucky fried chicken) as a worldwide brand and chain
food. This case study has conducted and pointed the role of SWOT analysis, in terms of
gathering and assembling data in to the interior and external environments of the
organization with annual data base, whereas SWOT is simplifying the actions but,
managers need to limit the factors that will impact on the organization products and
services after this strategy SWOT analysis rely on PEST analysis to limit the strength,
opportunities, weaknesses and threats, and all of these parts have expressed the
alternative things or indirectly related such as money, staffs, knowledge and create new
product or the same product of the competitive organization. Moreover, according to
KFC’s statistics as they claim that KFC stabilities related with their marketing methods and
there are a good SWOT analysis and accurate PEST to the segment the market
particularly will succeed to decide on the product, logical pricing, attractive promotion and
factual market or placement.

The result shows the accurate data which is obtained to managers through analyzing and
classifying by applying the SWOT and PEST it has importance role to form strategic plan
and stable the organization for a longer time. In conclusion, these methods are taking part
in and leading the essential role of organizations to conduct the most effective or at least
best solutions with time and location respectively.
