EVALUATION ANALYSIS
59 and Below – There is a big chance of business loss. The business lacks Management and
Marketing Strategies, there is a large need to conduct an internal business monitoring to address
service problems.
60 to 79 – The business meets a break even but a frequent monitoring and control is needed for
the business to follow the plan as a way of enhancing the business activities and gaining profit.
80 to 87 – The business is partially stable but the section of maintaining the area comfortable
requires big concern. It needs to continue evaluating the internal and external factors.
88 to 89 – The business is already stable to be profitable. Customer satisfaction is meet and an
appropriate business management, evaluation, monitoring and control are practiced. Thus, this
should be maintained.
