PURCHASE FLOW:
1. PURCHASE ORDER
2. GOODS RECEIPT PO (GRN)
3. A/P INVOICE
4. A/P CREDIT MEMO (DEBIT NOTE)
SALES FLOW:
1. SALES ORDER
2. SALES A/R
3. A/R CREDIT MEMO (CREDIT NOTE)
MASTER CREATION:
1. BUSINESS PARTNER MASTER (Customer / Vendor)
2. ITEM MASTER CREATION
PURCHASE FLOW
PATH – PURCHASE A/P
1) PURCHASE ORDER:
PATH – Purchase A/P -> Purchase Order
VENDOR – click the round button / Press the TAB key.
List of suppliers will appear, Choose the required Supplier
VENDOR REF NO – You can enter reference number.
POSTING DATE – system date / PO date
DELIVERY DATE – Due date / material required date.
ITEM NO - click the round button / Press the TAB key. List of items will appear choose he
required.
QUANTITY - Mention the required quantity.
UNIT PRICE – auto fill based on price list and branch.
TAX CODE – auto fill, Based on branch.
FREIGHT - Click the yellow arrow in bottom, new window for freight will open. Choose the
tax [Choose ZERO tax code for non-taxable freight]. Fill freight amt in Net amount field.
3) GRN:
Based on PO, Data’s will automatically fetch to GRN.
Check the warehouse & qty is correct.
ADD the document , serial no. window will open,
Give appropriate serial number,
If the warehouse is bin, choose the bin location.
Add the Doc.
4) PURCHASE INVOICE:
Based on GRN, Data will fetch automatically to purchase invoice.
Check the Tax Rate, Price, Freight charges, Bill value.
ADD the document.
5) DEBIT NOTE / A/P CREDIT MEMO:
Based on Purchase Invoice, Data will fetch automatically to A/P Credit Memo.
Check the quantity, tax rate & warehouse.
If quantity should not reduce in warehouse, then choose WITHOUT QUANTITY field
in A/P Credit Memo document.
ADD the document.
SALES FLOW
PATH – SALES A/R
2) SALES ORDER:
PATH – Sales A/R -> Sales Order
CUSTOMER – click the round button / Press the TAB key.
List of customers will appear, Choose the required customer
CUSTOMER REF NO – You can enter reference number.
POSTING DATE – system date / PO date
DELIVERY DATE – Due date / material required date.
ITEM NO - click the round button / Press the TAB key. List of items will appear choose he
required.
QUANTITY - Mention the required quantity.
UNIT PRICE – auto fill based on price list and branch.
TAX CODE – auto fill, Based on branch.
FREIGHT - Click the yellow arrow in bottom, new window for freight will open. Choose the

Add the document.
3) SALES INVOICE:
Based on Sales Order, Data will fetch automatically from SALES ORDER.
Check the Tax Rate, Price, Freight charges, Bill value.
ADD the document. [If its serial number item, new window will open for serial no.]
Choose the appropriate serial no. For sales and update the serial window.
Add the document.
4) CREDIT NOTE / A/R CREDIT MEMO:
Based on Sales Invoice, Data will fetch automatically to A/R Credit Memo.
Check the quantity, tax rate & warehouse.
If quantity should not reduce in warehouse, then choose WITHOUT QUANTITY field
in A/R Credit Memo document.
ADD the document.
BUSINESS PARTNERS MASTER
PATH – BUSINESS PARTNERS
1) SUPPLIER & CUSTOMER MASTER CREATION
Item No. – This is mandatory.
Name – Give Item Name
Foreign Name – Alias name can give
Item Group – Group of the item
Price List – Choose the appropriate price list for the item
UOM Group – If multiple um is there, can use this option.
If the item is Inventory, purchasable & saleable item, tick the check box
In General Tab – mention the item is serial / batch item.
In Inventory Tab - Set the Item valuation method, set general ledger and so on.,
Add the document.
