III- BACKGROUND/ RATIONALE:
The aim of scouting is to make children aware of their responsibilities as member
and leader of the school and local community so they may play a constructive role in the
society as responsible citizens and members of their communities.
In line with this, Tomas Pua Sr. Integrated School is planning to conduct a joint BSP-
GSP school encampment entitled: JOINT BSP-GSP SCHOOL-BASED ENCAMPMENT. The
Encampment will bring into their lives the reality and the wonders of the scouting and
realized the scouting major objectives.
