Subject : Guidelines for Road Signages under PMGSY

The guidelines for Road Signages under PMGSY was issued to SRRDAs (also uploaded on
PMGSY Website www.pmqsy.nic.in under circular section in publication tab) and also
again communicated vide Letter no. NRRDA-P017(12)/2/2017-Technical dated
04.05.2017.

With slight modifications in the guidelines, the following revised drawings are attached.

1. Fig. l(A) Logo Board at Starting Point

2. Fig. l(B) Logo Board at Intermediate distance or end Point
3. Fig. 2 - Title Information Board
4. Fig.3 - Citizen Information board "A"
5. Fig.4 - Citizen Information board "B"
6. Fig.5 - Maintenance Information Board

Further, the Para a and b under 2 Logo Boards at Intermediate distance shall be replaced
by the following

a. If road length is less than 2 km, one logo board at finishing point of the road
b. If road length is more than 2 km, one log board at approx every 2 Km including
the board at finishing point of the road.

The above amendment is applicable with immediate effect and issued with the approval
of DG, NRIDA.
