Kids' Pizza Night Worksheet

Billy wanted to order a pizza for dinner. He chose a large pizza with four toppings: cheese, pepperoni, ham, and pineapple. However, the pizza place was out of pineapple, so Billy chose sausage instead. The pizza delivery man arrived 30 minutes later, and Billy's dad paid $16 for the pizza and gave the delivery man a tip. Billy and his dad then ate the pizza in the living room while watching a baseball game on TV.
