Check off the activities you complete to practice, reinforce and develop your social and
emotional skills. You can choose to do one activity each week or one each day. Maybe you will
choose to complete all of them?

Parents or caregivers can help you send a picture of your chart and some of your amazing
creations to Mrs. Jenkins via text (407) 801-8330 or email jenkinsb@duvalschools.org on or
before May 1, 2020. Students who participate will receive a special card in the mail from Mrs.
Jenkins. ❤
