(PI) Predictive Index

The PI survey is an online survey and should be taken prior to the


completion of any other exercises.

Timing: No time limit (We recommend scheduling 10 minutes to
complete)
Purpose: The PI helps us at InterSystems to understand your
motivators in the workplace andwork style and so that we can set
you up for success. There are no correct or incorrect answers.

PET
The Professional Employment Test is a test of cognitive abilities
that have been proven to predict performance in professional,
administrative, and managerial jobs. Test items are based on the
language and the kinds of situations commonly encountered in
business settings. The PET predicts job performance with high
validity. The test contains 20 items which include the following
areas: data interpretation, reasoning, quantitative problem
solving, and reading comprehension. Administration time is 40
minutes.
