Tell me about yourself
My name is Raphael Ramires and I'm 36 years old, I live in Sorocaba, I am married and have 1 child with 2 years.
I am a quiet person, I like to learn new things and always try to be updated.
I graduated in mechanical engineering in 2015 at UNITAU (University of Taubaté), I have several specialization courses
in Non Destructive Testing and welding inspection.
I have experience in the area of control and quality assurance, interpretation and application of various standards and
specifications, as requested by the customer, working in the area of manufacturing and maintenance.
I started working at Jaraguá in 2003 as a technical assistant, my responsibilities were to help make the databooks of the
manufactured equipment.
After this in 2008 I went to work at Araujo Eng. As an equipment inspector and my responsibilities was to perform
manufacturing inspection, due diligence and inspection during maintenance shutdowns.
And after that in 2010 I started working at IBQN as a quality control technician, acting as STI (independent technical
supervisor) in the Nuclear sector during the manufacture of equipment from the Brazilian Nuclear Program for
Eletronuclear and CTMSP (Brazilian Navy). In 2018 my role was promoted to engineer.
What are your strengths?
One of my strengths is determination, I am committed to completing any task that is given to me completely and
effectively. Another strength is perseverance, keeping the focus on the goal until I can complete it. I also have a learning
facility for new things.

What are your weaknesses?
My biggest weakness is my English, however, I am working with a private teacher to improve my level.

Why should we hire you? or What can you do for us that other candidates can't?
You should choose me because of my experience, I know the manufacturing processes from receipt to final product
delivery, acting as auditor / supervisor.

I would like to see myself in a more senior position and to certify level 3 in magnetic particles and penetrating liquid by
2020 and start a postgraduate degree in welding engineering.

I would like to work here, because I hear very well about the treatment that the company has with employees and for me
it will be a new challenge and learning to develop activities in the oil and gas sector.
