In this Compilation, attempts have been made to compile

circulars related to Departmental Promotion Committee
(DPC). Main idea behind this compilation is to provide access to
all the available circulars related to the subject at one place so as
to assist the officers in their day to day administrative
functioning. It is expected that it will help the new entrants into
the service as well as the serving officers.

Though all efforts have been made to make this document
