ACS Compuload
MS-15C-V
Multivision type, with voice alarm
310544Introductions...
‘This manual is intended as a handbook for servicing the new multi-vision display type “Compuload”
automatic overload prevention equipment installed in KATO cranes.
In addition to the overload prevention function of past Automa
Crane Stopper (ACS) systems, the new
and memory. For servicing, sensor input and control switch data etc. can now be displayed, making problem
diagnosis much easier. However, even crane control governed by such advanced electronic technology
cannot be expected to perform to its full capacity without the careful follow up of a service e
KATO is confident you will be able to provide prompt, effective service using this manual.Symbols and termMSss2:000208

(1) Actions against faulty operation
1) ACS displays an error No.
In the situation below, ACS activates the safety indicator, displays the error No. and stops the crane
‘The actions against the errors occurred are described in “(2) Inspections and
countermeasures to the error Nos.”.
‘When the crane stops automatically with an instantaneous error display, the error No. will appear while
the crane control levers are in the position other than neutral, so do not put the levers back in neutral
position before you have confirmed the error No. displayed.
When normal operation cannot be restored by the steps in
, or , replace the parts as
necessary listed in .
