Dear ROHIT KUMAR SHARMA ( MA809B055, MS809B055 ),

Sub: Accept - JAM 2017 Admission offer

Congratulations. You have accepted the Provisional Admission offer to M.Sc. Mathematics ( 2502 )
programme at IIT Patna ( IITP ) under GEN category. The admission offer letter signed by the
competent authority of IITP will be available at JOAPS for download from July 6, 2017. Please
download the offer documents, sign them and submit to the Admitting Institute at the time of
admission. Please note that the estimated fees/charges are Rs.30300 and likely date of reporting is
July 27, 2017 at IIT Patna.

Please note that, if your offer is provisional, you have to submit the required documents to Admitting
Institutes on or before 29 th September, 2017.

You can pay the Seat Booking Fee (Rs. 10000/- for General & OBC Applicants and Rs. 5000/- for
SC/ST/PwD Applicants) using online fee payment facility on or before July 5, 2017, if not paid already.
The Seat Booking Fee will not be refunded if you do not join the allotted course in the Admitting
Institute. Please note that if the Seat Booking Fee is not paid on or before July 5, 2017, the
admission offer stand cancelled as well as your application will not be considered further in
JAM 2017 Admission process.

Please print this ACCEPT RESPONSE, sign and send the scanned copy by email to the
Organizing Chair at: chrjam@iitd.ac.in latest by July 10, 2017. You can submit the hard copy to
the Admitting Institute when you report for Admission.

I agree that my acceptance to the admission offer will be subject to realization of payment through
ONLINE mode towards the Seat Booking Fee (Rs. 10000/- for General and OBC and Rs. 5000/- for
SC/ ST/ PwD) on or before July 5, 2017 if not paid earlier.

I further understand that if I fail to satisfy the minimum educational qualifications and the required
eligibility criteria on or before 29th September 2017, my admission is liable to be cancelled.

In case, I do not join the allotted course in the Admitting Institute on the date and time mentioned in
the offer letter, I will forfeit the seat and the Seat Booking Fee paid will NOT be refunded.
