3. To know how to design a simple Work out Program, and
4. To perform Various Axial Movements And Dance Steps for Aerobic
routine.

Using the various axial movements and dance steps,design your
own aerobic routine with music.
IV. EVALUATION
In a ½ sheet of paper list down all the learning from yourself, and to your
group regarding on the activity.
