Cutting: Stitch the template A pieces together in rows as shown.
Stitch the rows together to make 72 pieced diamonds.
Silver Scroll:
36 - 7 1/2” squares
9 - 11 1/4” squares
10 - 10 1/2” x WOF
10 - 2 1/2” x WOF (binding)
Navy Hexies:

Gray Dapple: Stitch the pieced diamonds together in pairs, preparing for
288 - template A inset seams, adding the silver scroll 7 1/2” squares.

Gray Suds: scroll triangles. Square blocks to 24 1/2”.

Join the blocks together as shown. Quilt should be 72” Cut two silver scroll 10 1/2” x WOF strips in half. Add a
square. whole strip to each end of the pieces to make four 10 1/2” x
100” strip lengths with the cut piece in the middle. Add to the
quilt, mitering corners.
Prepare the template B pieces for applique.
Use placement diagram to place bias tape in the scallop
pattern along the outer edge of the quilt, making sure not to
cross outer seam allowance, adding template B as shown.
Applique in place.
Add gray hexies small snowflakes and gray dapple large
Add the navy hexies large snowflakes, gray suds medium border snowflakes and applique in place, making sure snow-
snowflakes and blue hexies small snowflakes using your flakes covers raw edges of applique scallops and points.
favorite method of applique.
Layer, baste and quilt as desired.
Bind with silver scroll 2 1/2” X WOF strips.
