FINAL TRANSCRIPT PROCEDURE

1) Fill complete application form.

2) Get clearance from Program Manager, library and accounts office on Transcript
application form.

3) Deposit Transcript fee in accounts office.

4) Attach original Transcript fee slip with Transcript application form.

5) Photocopies of all Academic Result Card (Only 1 copy of each Documents) (metric/
Inter/ Bachelor/Master/M.Phil. /PhD Notification/Original (LLM) Provisional Result
card will be attached with Transcript application form.

6) Copy Of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

7) 3 Passport size Pic with blue background.

8) Submit transcript application form along with complete documents at 23-L Gulberg
Lahore (Old Law Campus) in student office to (Mr. Zubair Ahmed)

9) Student Transcript will be issued within 12 working days after submission of transcript
application.

10) Please arrange the documents with these instructions.
