ACTIVITIES

1. Write down the Lord’s prayer.


2. Submit your answer in hard copies to the
registrar’s office on October 17, 2020 from 8-5.
However, those who will not be able to submit the
hard copy, you can submit it through online. An
acknowledgement will be sent to you if we have
received your answer.
3. See to it that you write your complete name on
every page of the answer sheet. You may encode
your answer or use your legible handwriting.
