Overview:
Examination plays a vital role in a student’s evaluation. An adequate examination must satisfy
certain conditions. It should have validity, and it must be reliable and acceptable, but during
these uncertain times, the online physical examination is not possible.

Moreover, it also paves a new way to improve upon the flaws in the existing examination
system, which are stated below:

Problems:
1) Time-consuming and has a lot of paperwork
2) A lot of difficulty in analyzing the test manually.
3) More invigilators are required to conduct the examination manually.
4) Results may not be accurate/unbiased as calculations are done manually.
5) All students are to be present at one place for the examination.

The proposed system will have the following functionalities.

1) To allow students to take the examination at the same time from different places. It is
increasing the accessibility of candidates in remote areas.
2) Paperwork reduction.
3) Saving the examination information in the database.
4) Administrators can easily add, delete and Modify questions.
5) Automated checking of answers based on the response of the student.
6) Random distribution of questions to reduce plagiarism.
7) Register/delete students for the examination and show the final result.
