This is a three (3) unit’s subject under criminal law and jurisprudence course which deals with the study of the five pillars
in the Philippine criminal justice system particularly the law enforcement, the prosecution, the court, the correction, and
the community. It also covers their respective functional relationship as well as individual roles in the administration of
the justice system in the solution of crimes.
