FACILITATOR’S ACTIVITY GUIDE

Instruction:

 After the Session 1: What is Strategic Planning, the participants will be divided into four (4)
groups together with the assigned faculty.
 Then the group will assign facilitator, secretary/scribe and reporter during the group activities

A. BSVAWA Evaluation from Pervious Year (SWOT Analysis)

I. SWOT EVALUATION
a. The group leader will facilitate the member to identify the Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT)

a. BSVAWA By-law Orientation
 Discuss briefly the by-laws
b. Roles and Responsibilities of the members
 Out from the by-laws let the group members create and write in the band paper
at least five roles and responsibilities as a members of the BSVAWA (with the
assistant of the faculty assigned).
 Transfer their final output in the manila paper, and the post it in the designated
area
c. Organizational Chart
 Let the members make an organization chart using the cartolina and pentel pen
d. Vision, Mission and Goal
 Let the group member and assigned faculty formulate the BSVAWA
 Vision (panglantaw) – statement focuses on tomorrow and what an organization
wants to ultimately become.
Example:
A world-class Empowerment and networking organization
 Mission (tahas) – statement focuses on today and what organization does to
achieve it
Example:
To promote succor to the lee privilege and financial freedom to its
members
 Goal (Tumong) – the general statement on what organization intend to achieve.

 Identifying their Product (specifically GUSO)
 Puto
 Tempura
 Ice cream
 Cookies
 Crackers
 Evaluating the maturity of the Product
 Explain them how the product become mattire through the process like
feasibility, nutritive value and others
 The packaging and patent
Note : Only Eukuma Cookies and Eukuma Ice Cream – completed study
 Plan of action of the immature products
 What to do and how to do, others
 Target date, agency, and others

C. PLAN OF ACTVITIES AND PROGRAM FOR BSVAWA

 Consolidate the output from Activity 1-4


 Presentation of the BSVAWA Matrix of Activities 2020

TEAMBUILDING ALL FACULTY AND BSVAWA THE SAME GROUP

Faculty Awards/Recognition:

Best Facilitator – indicator will be the comprehensive output in all activities

Best Team Leader – The winning Group during the TEAMBUILDING

Most Outstanding Faculty – active participation in all activities
