Tell me about your self?
Thank you very much for inviting me to be interviewed for this position today. I have applied for
this job because I believe the skills, qulaities and the experience I have are a strong match for
this job description.
Over the years, I have gain lots of skills and qualities that I believe will be of benefits to your
organization. I have 18 years solid experience in Facilities and Property Management. I am a
very strong team worker and I understand that in order to achieve difficult project and tasks,
you must work with other people.
I am also very good at working under pressure and I actually prefer to be in situations where
the pressure is on, because I believe this is where I am at my best. I am also very good in
building up relationship with my team, stakeholders and vendors. And I feel this will benefit
your organization from a commercial perspective.
Highlights of my career include, in particular in my previous roles. I was praised by my manager
for completing various construction fit out project on time and according to the allocated
budget. I am very focused on achieving difficult tasks and projects that aligned to the
company’s strategic objectives.
I am the type of person who will work hard, I will never let you down. And I will always act as a
positive role model to people in my team. I will make sure that you will see a positive return
once you hire me.

What is your style in managing people?
Firm : So that we can achieve the team goal in a high standard.
Fare : I always treat people in my team consistently, respectful but again with high
standard.
Motivational : Encourage my team to be the best as can be, because its my
responsibility to get most of my team. I like also mentoring, teaching and transfer my
knowledge to them. Identify also the people in the team that want a career progression-
meaning creating a future leader in the company.
What do you regard to be your outstanding qualities? What about your shortcomings and
developmental needs?
Always thrilled to develop people and staff through mentoring and role modeling to be
more responsible, smart, energetic and highly ethical individuals. Passionate about
learning new skills in challenging changing or a new environment. Highly adaptable,
collaborative and always a team player to any company culture, complex environment,
individual or group dynamics.
My most shortcoming is that I get impatient when my project run past the cutoff time.
I'm a person that I really mater the due dates and get awkward when work isn't finished
on schedule. To maintain a strategic distance from this, I've begun being more proactive
and focusing on how I'm responding to ensure I'm being motivational and helping foster
productivity.
What are some of the things in a job that is important to you?
Career development growth is the main thing to me in any part, inside my own job, or
inside the organization in accordance with the organization's overall growth. Also, I
believed that the organizations that give this will be more effective in ensuring their
employee's career improvement. Also, I search for organizations that have a positive
and adaptive culture, and trust.
How do you see yourself five years from now?
I look forward to giving out my best in every aspect of this company. The experience I
have gathered in my career can be useful for this job position. Also, I can help new
recruits to settle down well within the working environment. I can guide them further to
the point where they can elaborate their ideas for the progress of this organization. For
me, this is an objective that is worth working for. In five years, I see myself sharing the
experience with the team for the benefit of all.
What would you want in your next job that you are not getting now?
I’m looking for a new challenge that can help me broaden my experience. I believe this
change of industry will do just that. With my skill set and experience, this would give me
an opportunity to build new working relationships and learn new things.
Describe your duties and responsibilities in your previous employment?
I have a solid year’s extensive experience managing the areas of facilities management,
corporate services, fit out construction project management, leased management, asset
management, budgeting, and procurement.
