SERVICES PROCESS PERSON INVOLVED ESTIMATED PROCESS


FILING/ RECEIVING OF 1. Fill-out the log book SBM Steward 1 minute
FILE(S) 2. Submit documents to the SBM 3 minutes
steward for recording and filing
BORROWING OF 1. Fill- out the log book SBM Steward 1 minute
FILE(S) 2. Hand the file to be borrowed to 2 minutes
the SBM steward for recording
3. Return the file within the day 2 minutes
BENCHMARKING 1. Send a letter to the principal Principal 5 minutes
informing him or her of the Head Teachers
benchmarking activity SBM Steward
2. Wait for the confirmation 5 minutes
3. Attend an orientation at the ILQ 30 minutes
4. Proceed to the SBM room after 2 minutes
the orientation
5. Fill-out the logbook 1 minute
6. Conduct Benchmarking 1 hour
