I chose this topic because I find it very interesting, how this war between the United States and
the Taliban has finally come to an end. After many years of war, attempts of negotiations and
many other things in between. All in efforts to help the people in Afghanistan to finally find the
peace they have been looking for over two decades now.

The article talks about how this September marks the due date, that was agreed between the
Trump admiration and the Taliban. For the United States to fully retrieve their military forces
from the country. In return of the Taliban reducing the number of acts and violence caused all
around the country. Which as shown in the news has only gotten worst. With them take over
some of the largest cities in the county in these past few days.

But now that the U.S military has officially withdrawn from Afghanistan, the problem is far from
over. We are yet to see how the Afghan people and government manage to put an end to this
war, only now without international help and much limited resources.
