Subject: ONLINE COMPLAINT AGAINST MR. MUHAMMAD IMRAN PST, GPS NO. 1
WARBURTON.

With reference to the subject cited above, it is submitted that the undersigned has
already submitted report regarding the said matter vide letter no. 872 dated 26/09/2019 (Annex-
A). The report was forwarded by your kind office vide no. 1646 dated 28/09/2019. The worthy
District Education Officer (M-EE) appointed Mr. Ammar Mehmood AEO as probe officer to
investigate the matter further vide order no. 3168/Lit Dated 04/10/2019 (Annex-B). The probe
officer submitted his probe report vide letter No. 28 dated 08/11/2019 (Annex-C).

It is further stated that the reports have already been submitted in this matter and
further action is required from the higher authorities against the accused teacher.
