Instructions:
Conduct a survey with the following specifications:
❖ Look for 15 men and 15 women = 30 people total. Ask each of them all five
questions and take note of their answers. Explanations are optional.
Question 1: Do you believe that children as young as 9-12 years old should be
criminally responsible (be sentenced to jail, etc.) for actions they deliberately commit
against the law?
Question 2: If you were getting to know someone of the opposite sex, what would
primarily attract you first: their appearance? Or their character?
Question 3: If a bill on the legalization of Divorce would be passed in the Philippines,
would you be supportive of the bill or not?
Question 4: If a bill on the legalization of Abortion would be passed in the Philippines,
would you be supportive of the bill or not?
Question 5: Suppose the afterlife is real. If you were to die today, are you absolutely
certain or confident of where you will be going after you die?

❖ Take note of how many of the participants answered either of the two possible
answers per question. Do NOT indicate which participant answered what.
❖ This survey may only be conducted online. No face-to-face meetups.
❖ After the survey, record the names and age of each participant accordingly.
❖ Summarize all data gathered by recording them on the given data sheets.
❖ Submit your completed Data Sheet 1 and 2 as one document using the Google
Form Link posted before the deadline.
❖ Use the file name: Activity1_FamilyName.doc (.docx or .pdf is acceptable).
