NG MGA BARANGAY, CAMILING CHAPTER CONDUCTED ON
________________________, 2018 AT THE LIGA HALL, MUNICIPALITY OF
CAMILING, TARLAC.

“A RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORITY TO THE LIGA PRESIDENT


TO REPRESENT THE LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY OF CAMILING
CHAPTER IN NEGOTIATING, SIGNING AND ENTERING INTO AN
AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE LIGA”.

WHEREAS, the adoption/ratification of the New Constitutional and By-Laws of


the Liga ng mga Barangay sa PIlipinas has brought a new dimension to determine the
representation of the Liga ng mga Barangay in the local Sanggunian and to ventilate,
articulate, and crystallize issues affecting barangay government administration and,
through proper and legal means, secure the solution thereto;

WHEREAS, Article VI of said Constitution and By-Laws states that the Municipal
Liga Board shall have supervision over all officers and members of this chapter, and
shall undertake necessary and proper steps in pursuing the objectives stated under
Article I of the said Constitution;

WHEREAS, as provided under Section 2 (a) Article VIII of the Constitution and
By-Laws, the Liga President shall execute and administer of the following:

a. Hiring, recommending and appointing of qualified personnel in the Liga Office;


b. Dismissal of personnel from office based on grounds enumerated by this
Liga;
c. Approval of vouchers covering disbursement for funds of the Liga, and to
maintain a bank account in the name of the organization with the Treasurer
as co-signatory to said account; and
d. Preparation and presentation of budget for operations, functions, programs
and activities of the organization for the approval of the Liga Board for
implementation.

NOW THERFORE, on motion of Hon. ___________________________ duly


seconded by Hon. __________________________, it was;

RESOLVED, to grant the Hon. Albert B. Jose Liga President, to negotiate, sign
and enter into agreement or contract for and in behalf of the Liga in the prosecution of
which is appended hereto.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that for all intents and purposes to be entered into by
the Liga President shall be considered ratified by this Liga Board.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to send copies of this resolution to all the agencies or


offices of the government for their information and appropriate action.

I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing resolution which was duly
adopted and approved by the Liga ng mga Barangay – Camiling Chapter during its
