BOP Change out & Well Head re-configurations


• Balance Point Control has designed special support frames
which makes it possible to change out BOP’s and perform
modifications to the Well Head without disassembling the
600k Unit. These systems are also very useful during Well
Head repairs and re-configurations.

Custom Specific Solutions


• As part of the Job planning, a Rig-Up Configuration will be
selected, which optimizes operational performance. This
customer specific approach ensures optimal results during
each operation.

Rig-Up Time
1. The Rig-Up time varies based on the configuration and the
type of operation between 12 and 36 hours.

Pipe Handling
• The 600k Unit is equipped with a flexible and reliable Pipe
Handling System based on the Gin Pole-Lay Down Winch
principle. Large flexibility allows variable Pipe Deck locations,
easy handling of all types of tubular and changing Rig-Up
configurations without modifications.
• The Gin Pole contains two Counter Balance Winches both
rated at 1,5 mTon.
